These Charts Show You Who to Follow on Crypto – and Who Not to Follow

Back in 2016, Daily editor Teeka Tiwari was the first newsletter editor to recommend bitcoin to his readers.

At the time, the attitude around Wall Street, on CNBC, and from the White House couldn’t have been more negative.

JPMorgan CEO Jamie Dimon was calling bitcoin a fraud and only used for sex trafficking.

Warren Buffett – arguably the best investor of all time – called it rat poison.

BlackRock CEO Larry Fink called it an index of money laundering.

Nearly everyone on the “who’s who” list of the financial world were public bitcoin haters.

Despite this, Teeka published a special report on bitcoin in 2016. In the report, he asked a simple question:

When we become a cashless society like I’m predicting, you’ll have to make a choice:

Do you put your money in [dollars], which are being eroded by negative interest rates and unlimited money “printing”?

Or would you rather own a digital currency that has a set supply, no fees to own, totally anonymous and is completely safe from government theft?

Which asset makes more sense to you?

Of course, we now know which was the right decision.

Bitcoin is up a staggering 27,995% since Teeka asked that question nearly 10 years ago. Meanwhile, the value of the U.S. dollar has eroded by 25% over the past five years alone.

Remember, bitcoin was trading around $420 when Teeka made this prediction in 2016. Just earlier this month, it hit a record above $123,000.

And in a complete 180, Wall Street is driving the buying frenzy.

In 2024, BlackRock launched bitcoin and Ethereum exchange-traded funds (ETFs). Since then, they’ve amassed over $96.2 billion in combined assets.

JPMorgan is exploring plans to offer loans backed by cryptocurrency.

And earlier this month, Bank of America announced plans to launch its own stablecoin. That’s a tokenized dollar that runs on the blockchain.

Now, I want you to compare the chart above to the one below…
