The Most Important Change in Crypto Everyone is Missing

What matters more than price right now

In crypto all people care about is price. And I get it. It doesn’t matter what you invest in, price is the ultimate measure of success.

If that’s true then bitcoin is the undisputed king of performance. Over the last 10 years, BTC’s average compound annual growth rate has been 64%.

Those returns have been wildly lumpy. We’ve seen multiple years of horrible underperformance. We’re in such a time right now. This is my third bitcoin bear market and they’re always emotionally difficult to navigate.

The biggest mistake I see folks make during each soft period is confusing weak price action with a weak asset. Bitcoin has proven the falsity of this belief again and again and again. And yet it still persists.

What I’ve always told my subscribers is that during the down periods, you must always look at the trend of adoption vs. the trend of the price.

That’s because as adoption goes, so goes price. Sometimes, like now, there can be a huge lag between the adoption trend and the price trend.

Instead of that being a bug, treat it as a feature. It’s the down periods that allow you to dollar-cost-average into cheap coins while you wait for the price to catch up with the adoption trend… which it always does.

One of the biggest adoption trends of crypto technology I foresaw back in 2021 was tokenization. I published my yearly forecast and made a prediction that most of the financial world dismissed at the time.

In the future, it’s my belief every asset will be tokenized. That means stocks, bonds, titles of ownership, music rights — everything of value — will have its ownership rights secured by a blockchain.

Four-and-a-half years later, I want to show you exactly what has been built since I wrote those words and why I believe a major regulatory catalyst is forming that will accelerate everything I predicted.

When that rule passes — and I believe it will — the dam will break wide open and a river of new money will flow into the entire crypto ecosystem. That’s when the billions already moving through crypto rails today will become trillions.

Again, I know this past year has been difficult for crypto investors.

Bitcoin ran to an all-time high of $126,300 in October 2025. Since then, it’s pulled back as much as 50% before settling in the $73,000 range. Altcoins have fared even worse.

What I want you to see is what’s happening beneath the price action.
