Are our emails landing in your inbox?

We’ve noticed some readers aren’t seeing our emails land in their main inbox. They might be getting filtered into “Promotions” or even Spam.

If you don’t want to miss important updates, here’s a quick fix (it takes less than 30 seconds):

1.) Check your Promotions or Spam folder. If you see an email from us, drag it into your Primary inbox. And if you’re on Gmail, it will then ask if you’d like to do this for future emails — click Yes.

2.) Add our email address to your contacts: [email protected] — This tells your provider, “Hey, I actually want these.”

That’s it! Doing this once should make sure you never miss an update again.
